Both the furnace and hot water heater appear to be of the newer style, however, I have not had them on, so I can’t guarantee them. The furnace is a forced air natural gas furnace.
Corwith is a small rural community with approximately 400 people. It appears that property values in this area are on the rise. Corwith is only 40 miles from Clear Lake, Iowa where there is lots of shopping and restaurants. Corwith is also 115 miles north of Des Moines, Iowa and 145 miles south of Minneapolis Minnesota.
Remember, this home is a fixer-upper and does need work. When completed, this house would be a charming house and would make an excellent rental or starter home, it would make for a great flip. I do not guarantee anything about the house and is sold AS IS, WHERE IS.
