While searching for great real estate deals, I came across RealEstateBook.com. I have seen this book in print before but wasn't aware that they had an online database of properties. I always prefer to search for homes online because I can eliminate homes quickly and easily and find ones that truly match my criteria. In the resource center, they have a section to help you find foreclosures as well as another section that will help you determine the value of your home based on current sales.
