I do want to make it clear however that this home is not yet ready to be lived in. After purchasing this home, I have spent a great deal of time and money rehabbing it. I purchased it from a bank Foreclosure, (the people who brought it before it went into foreclosure paid $41,779 for this house, I have no idea what kind of shape it was in at that time). I would like to say that about 95% of the cosmetic work needed on this house has been completed. I did not turn on any of the utilities however, and therefore cannot comment on their condition but I can tell you that the house will need some plumbing installation in the basement. This is why (as much as I would like to) I cannot list this home as being “immaculate” and “In Move in Condition”. The house is beautiful and it is clean. All the hardwood floors have been painted a deep brown color and every room of this house has been freshly painted. I also had a door installed on the garage in the back and have replaced a ton of glass in the windows. The Garage still needs a side door and a good clean up and as stated before, the home does still need some work, but not very much. A great benefit of this house is it’s size, It’s a very Large home, measuring 1344 SQ in size. I have listed it as a 3 bedroom, although 1 of the bedrooms is actually large enough to be 2 different bedrooms and also has 2 separate entrances. The county does have it listed as being a 4 bedroom house. The neighborhood the house is in, is very descent (by my standards) It's a suburban setting and the houses close by are similar to this home in condition. Big 2 Story Fixer Upper in Missouri


Up for auction, we're offering this 1700 SQ' M/L Three or maybe four-bedroom fixer upper house (the floor plan is entry way, living room, dinning room, bedroom, big den , kitchen, full bath. The upstairs entry way, 2 bedrooms, full bath. . It is located at 202 Macon st.. in Brookfield, Missouri--a little town of approximately 5000 M/L people. This "FIXER UPPER GOLD NUGGET " is situated on an attractive well shaded corner lot 140' by 50' M/L lot located in a nice, quiet little neighborhood.
As you can see its needs work and needs a good cleaning , its a two story house, its got a big deck on the side and a little deck on the back, as you know decks are high price to build, the decks would run in the thousands of dollars.
